Bissap hibiscus flower juice

1 L of water

25g hibiscus flower
2 fresh mint sprigs
2 x lemon (Juice)
3 CS sugar
1 packet of Vanilla sugar

In a saucepan, bring the hibiscus flowers to a boil in a litre of water for 10 minutes.

Off the heat, add the mint and sugar (optional) and leave to infuse for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, filter the infusion by removing the flowers and branches. Place the mixture in the refrigerator. You can enjoy it immediately with a few ice cubes.
